I hope you have been enjoying my GlossyBox unboxing series. This month the iconic pink box was back and featured five FULL SIZE products. There was also the chance to win a Remington Curl & Straight Confidence 2-in-1 Straightener by finding a golden ticket in this month’s box (I didn’t win waaa).
Mudmasky Aftermask Vitamin Serum, RRP £43
I have never heard of anything like this before, it’s a serum that is used after a facemask to nourish and replenish your skin. You apply a thin layer after washing off or removing your facemask and leaves your skin silky smooth. I’m overdue a facemask treatment so I am really looking forward to testing this out this week.
Beauty Kitchen Natruline Natural 0% Petroleum Lip Treatment, RRP 2.99
I am never without my Vaseline or Carmex so this was a perfect edition to this month’s box. It boasts being more effective and less greasy than other brands and lasts for 8 hours. It’s in my bag ready for the week ahead, the only problem with these tins is not getting it stuck under my acrylic nails haha.
Dr. Jart+ Shake & Shot Rubber Hydro Mask, RRP £8
This is the coolest packaging I’ve ever seen and I cannot wait to try this out tonight. It contains a DIY rubber effect mask that is supposed to leave your skin with a dewy finish. There were two to collect, the other one was a Rubber Firming Mask. To be honest I’m not entirely sure what to expect with this but I think that’s the excitement.
Nailberry Love Me Tender Nail Polish, RRP £14.50
I am in love with this colour! I always tend to go for the same colours on my nails but this is beaut. Will definitely be taking this along with me to the Nail Bar next time I nget my nails done.
Barry M Cosmetics Chisel Cheeks Contour Cream Kit, RRP £7.99
If you read last month’s unboxing post then you’ll know that this also was one of two items to collect, the other being the Barry M Highlighter Palette. I’m so glad I got the Contour kit, I’ve been wanting to test out a new one as well. There are three dark shades and three light shades so that you can easily create that chiseled look and define your features.
I must say that I think this box is my favourite one I’ve had over the 8 months I’ve been a GlossyBox subscriber. I’m definitely going to have the softest skin and lips thanks to it that’s for sure. I’m still blown away each month with the standard of products and the value for money. This box contained over £75 worth of products and I paid £11.25.
If you fancy signing up, click here and you’ll get 20% off your first box and you don’t want to miss out on June’s box! Next month’s star product is a primer from Avant, Glossies have received a night cream from Avant in a previous box and I was obssessed with it, so I’m really looking forward to trying another product from them. Also love that it will be a primer as I’ve almost run out of the one I’m currently using. Plus it’s worth £85!
