Cutetitos Unwrapped | Review

Blind bag toys have been all the rage for quite some time now and Basic Fun have killed it with their range of Cutetitos. Mila was kindly gifted some of the Cutetitos Series 2 to test out and review as part of our new blog series, The Toy Box. If your kids are like mine and love teddies and blind bag surprise toys then they will love Cutetitos.

What are Cutetitos?

Cutetito Series 2

Cutetitos are soft toys which are wrapped in a burrito style blanket and come in the ‘blind bag’ style packaging. You get one per pack and there are 12 different animals to collect. You also receive a collectors card, and each toy can range from Mild (popular) to Super Spicy (Super Rare). Mila had three to open and she got two Medium ones and a Hot one (which is just under super rare).

What do you do?

It’s pretty simple, you unwrap the burrito which is fastened with velcro, to reveal which super cute teddy is inside.

The teddies are so soft and filled with bean bag beads making them even squishier and softer. Each burrito wrap has a velcro fastening on so they can be rewrapped and unwrapped over and over again.

Mila unwrapped Fuzzito, Shellito & Jokito. Her favourite was Jokito, the multi-coloured Parrot.

Cutetitos Series 2

Mila really enjoyed unwrapping these and has been playing with them ever since she got them. She loves wrapping them back up and pretending to not know what’s inside. I love how they are presented (I’m a sucker for good packaging) and the fact that they are really  soft and doesn’t feel like cheap material makes them worth price.

You can purchase your own Cutetitos Series 2 online for £9.99. Also look out for their brand new Babitos which are baby versions – these are on Mila’s birthday list for next month 🙂
